Purpose:
- Safe, responsible, and legally compliant use of AI systems at REINVENTIS.
- The AI (artificial intelligence) systems used by REINVENTIS are intended solely to support human decision-making.
- All content intended for customers, business partners, or the public is reviewed, evaluated, and approved by qualified employees before it is used or published.
- Ultimate responsibility for decisions, recommendations, and publications always rests with the individuals in charge.
Approved Systems:
- Microsoft Copilot
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Siri
- Apple Intelligence
Principles:
- Compliance with the EU AI Act, the GDPR, and confidentiality requirements.
- Do not enter any confidential customer data without authorization.
- AI results must always be reviewed by humans and critically evaluated.
- No discriminatory, unlawful, or misleading practices.
- Transparency regarding AI-generated work results, if applicable.
Prohibited Use:
- Processing of sensitive personal data without a legal basis.
- Automated decisions with legal consequences made without human oversight.
- Use of unapproved AI systems for corporate data.
Check:
- Annual review of this policy by the AI Officer.
