In the "Innovative packaging" project, the customer team was specifically trained in co-creative methods to develop sustainable packaging solutions that combine environmental awareness with modern design.
I taught agile working methods and presented a tried-and-tested innovation management system in accordance with ISO 56002.
The result: the participants not only gained knowledge, but also concrete tools to start co-creative processes independently and design efficient, sustainable solutions.
Virtual academy - knowledge that moves
The "Virtual Academy for Caregivers of People with Disabilities" is an innovative e-learning platform for the targeted qualification of specialists.
Together with the client, I developed a digital learning environment with interactive modules, practical workshops and certified courses - flexible, individual and available at any time.
The content is tailored precisely to the needs of caregivers: from communication and inclusion to promoting independence.
A special highlight: the direct exchange with experts in online and face-to-face formats - for new impulses, current insights and practical know-how.
Global Cultural Entrepreneurship Hubs - Creativity connects the world
On behalf of the Goethe-Institut and the Federal Foreign Office - in cooperation with the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) - a global platform was created to promote cultural entrepreneurs worldwide.
I designed and developed the interactive online platform for e-learning and international collaboration. It provides access to practical training, high-quality resources and global networking.
The focus: the exchange of ideas, best practices and projects in the field of cultural entrepreneurship. Interactive learning modules, tailored to different cultural contexts, promoted a lively community in which participants could inspire and develop each other.
A particular concern was connecting local entrepreneurs with international experts. Virtual workshops, webinars and forums created space for new collaborations - and strengthened cultural exchange and economic development in equal measure.
A barrier-free, inclusive learning environment was created using modern Moodle technology. The result: a global impact community that combines entrepreneurial thinking with cultural diversity and social responsibility.
Travelcenter of the future - a new travel experience
The "Travelcenter of the future" project aims to revolutionize travel planning and booking through innovative, multi-sensory technologies.
Research, experts and customer interviews show: Travellers increasingly want immersive, interactive and personalized experiences - even before they book.
The jointly developed master plan for the flagship store as an innovation laboratory creates a physical and digital world of experience in which destinations become tangible through virtual reality, augmented reality and haptic feedback. Visitors not only experience images and sounds, but also scents (e.g. scented videos), flavors and atmosphere - thanks to innovative gastronomy concepts and events.
The result: a unique customer experience that allows travel to be experienced with all the senses in the flagship store or digitally in front of the Kuf. This makes decisions more conscious, offers more individual and customer loyalty stronger.
The travel center of the future combines anticipation with technology - and turns inspiration into bookings.

As co-author, I have made this sentence the guiding principle of our reflections on innovation processes. Because a look at the past shows: The most effective innovations have always emerged when social or ecological changes have triggered uncertainty, crises - or even a desire for something new.
I am convinced that innovation unfolds its true power when it actively shapes our future and gives us hope for a world worth living in. It is not primarily there to generate short-term profits through technical innovations - but to create real added value and bring good into the world. And that is precisely what is more important today than ever before.
Our society is facing challenges that can no longer be overcome with conventional approaches and solutions. That's why we need new approaches - and a good basis for reinvention, innovation and transformation.

Quality in start-up support
I am co-author of a specialist article in this anthology, which is dedicated to the general topic of "Quality in start-up support". The focus is on central questions regarding the selection of suitable methods in the practical support of prospective founders - as well as aspects of assessment and evaluation. After all, quality is reflected in the fulfillment of requirements - but these have not yet been uniformly defined in start-up support.
The anthology provides a good basis for reinvention, innovation and transformation in start-up support by highlighting new perspectives and critically scrutinizing existing approaches.
A total of 30 contributions approach the topic from different angles. The volume combines scientific-research-based, conceptual, evaluative as well as practice- and experience-oriented contributions. The contents are divided into two main sections:
- Part 1: Conceptual foundations and impulses for the further development of quality and methods in start-up support
- Part 2: Start-up and skills development in action - methods, approaches and experiences from university and non-university contexts
The starting point for the book was the 3rd BIEM Symposium, which took place in Potsdam in June 2010 under the title
"Methods in start-up teaching, start-up coaching and start-up consulting - interventions and innovations".
The anthology makes an important contribution to the professionalization of start-up support - and offers all those working in this field valuable impulses for the further development of their work. It provides orientation in a dynamic environment and thus lays a solid foundation for forward-looking changes.

The hospitality industry of the early 21st century was characterized by accelerated and sometimes erratic changes in the framework conditions.
