I have an exceptional mix of skills based on sound training and many years of practical, management and teaching experience.

I am a graduate business economist (FH), real estate economist (ebs), restaurant specialist and state-certified biological-technical assistant (BTA).

I gained my extensive project experience at internationally renowned consulting firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Dr. Kaub Consult, Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF Hotelexperts) and Accenture.

As (co-)author of numerous specialist books and articles, I have contributed to various publications and bestsellers. I am also a member of IMMOEBS e.V. and the Deutscher Fachjournalistenverband (DFJV e.V.).

Depending on the project requirements, I work closely with customer project teams. On request, customers, suppliers and other specialists, experts and key partners can also be integrated into the project team. This integrative approach enables my full-service offering and ensures optimal results.

Collaboration is flexible - analog at a location of your choice or virtual, independent of time and location.

From 2009 to 2019, I worked as a lecturer at the Munich University of Applied Sciences, the University of Applied Management in Erding, the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences and the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship in Munich.

There I taught courses, seminars and examinations with a focus on: Start-ups, Intrapreneurship, Value Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design, Business Model Innovation, Multisensory Interactions, Sensehacking as well as Innovation, Quality and Technology Management - especially at the Faculties of Economics, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management and Design.

In 2010, I initiated the industry solution RESTAURANTMARKETING.DE(www.restaurantmarketing.de) at the request of my customers.

This was followed in 2021 by the founding of the REINVENTIS platform for online and face-to-face formats: THE SCHOOL OF INNOVATION(www.theschoolofinnovation.de).

In 2025, the platform THE SCHOOL OF REINVENTION(www.theschoolofreinvention.de) was founded in response to customer requests.
