The Dynamic Innovation Toolset is based on the pattern language of implicit success factors for the development and implementation of innovations. It consists of various elements such as pattern cards, category cards, phase cards, canvas, and evaluation cards. These help to bring innovations into the world and actively shape our society. Companies can use it in agile workshops to develop new strategies for repositioning, reinventing, or even redesigning their business activities.
Scientific findings:
The tool has already been used, tested, and refined several times in practical workshops and theoretical seminars at universities. It complements popular approaches such as effectuation, Theory U, design thinking, lean startup, and tools such as the business model canvas to make innovation accessible to a broad cross-section of society.
