Travelcenter of the future

The "Travelcenter of the future" project pursues the basic idea of revolutionizing travel planning through innovative, multi-sensory technologies. Through extensive media research and interviews with experts, we worked with the customer team to find out that customers increasingly want immersive experiences before they book a trip.

The jointly developed master plan envisages the creation of a physical and virtual platform that enables travelers to experience their desired destinations through virtual reality, augmented reality and haptic feedback technologies. Users can not only gather visual impressions, but also try out the smells, sounds and even tastes of the destinations with the help of innovative types of gastronomic establishments, events and concepts.

This multi-sensory experience offers an incomparable customer promise: to experience a trip with all the senses in advance in the flagship store or in the brand experience world. In this way, decisions can be made more consciously and travel and product structures can be designed more individually. The flagship store also serves as an experimental field for testing new customer contact points and implementing them for your own chain of stores.

The "Travelcenter of the future" will build a bridge between the anticipation of travel and the digital world by creating a holistic, emotional connection to the destinations. The aim is to strengthen customer loyalty and increase booking figures through a unique, multi-sensory experience.

Coffee House Franchise System

The "Coffee House Franchise System" project pursued the basic idea of creating a modern, efficient and international franchise concept for coffee lovers of all ages. Through targeted optimization of an existing prototype store in the areas of interior, processes and offer structure, the franchisees and their teams are to be empowered to offer a unique customer experience. Systematization of processes and the development of comprehensive system manuals guarantee uniform quality and efficiency in all stores.

The location analyses and selection were carried out on the basis of comprehensive market/property analyses as well as discussions with brokers and other reference groups in order to create the best conditions for each new coffee house. An international handbook ensures that the concept can be adapted globally and implemented in a culturally appropriate way.

An outstanding feature of the Coffee House franchise system is the use of an innovative coffee machine that can produce all coffee specialties in a very short time. This technology not only enables outstanding product quality, but also fast operation that meets the needs of modern customers.

New multi-sensory and immersive technologies have been used to create an atmospheric environment that promotes enjoyment and community. The aim is to establish a franchise system that not only generates profitable locations, but also offers a distinctive coffee experience.

Innovative packaging for sustainability

The "Innovative Packaging" project aims to develop sustainable packaging solutions that combine environmental protection with innovative design approaches.

Through training in agile methods and an innovation management system, the team was given the opportunity and tried-and-tested tools to independently promote creative processes and develop efficient solutions.

Using methods such as value design thinking, value proposition design and business model generation, the aim is to develop concepts that are both ecologically compatible and marketable.

The use of real-time innovation and rapid prototyping enables teams to react quickly to trends and customer needs and to test prototypes efficiently.

Through extensive media research and in-house research & development, new investment opportunities in the field of sustainable materials, technologies and start-ups were identified as investment opportunities. The aim is to create innovative packaging that not only reduces environmental impact, but also meets the needs of industrial customers and ultimately consumers.

This project places a clear emphasis on sustainability, which actively contributes to environmental protection and at the same time exploits the potential for new business opportunities.

Agile tools for reserve officers of the German Armed Forces

The project "Agile Tools for Reserve Officers of the German Armed Forces" aims to equip reserve officers with modern, agile methods in order to increase their problem-solving skills and efficiency.

In close cooperation with the Münchner Arbeitskreis Reserveoffiziere e.V. (MAKRO), REINVENTIS has developed an interactive workshop that is specifically tailored to the needs of this important target group.

As part of the workshop, various agile tools from the Value Design Lab were presented and applied in practice. REINVENTIS moderated the workshop to ensure that the participants were able to gain practical experience and develop directly applicable solutions.

The results of the workshop were comprehensively prepared so that participants can access the concepts they learned at any time. This not only promotes the exchange of knowledge, but also supports the sustainable implementation of agile working methods in the everyday lives of reserve officers.

The combination of interactive learning formats and digital resources helps to continuously expand the skills of reserve officers and increase their operational readiness.

With the "Agile Tools for Reserve Officers of the German Armed Forces" project, REINVENTIS is making a decisive contribution to strengthening reservists.

Agile intrapreneurship - learning to think and act entrepreneurially

The project "Agile Intrapreneurship - Learning to Think and Act Entrepreneurially" aims to provide employees in a global company with the skills they need to act creatively and proactively within their organization. REINVENTIS planned and facilitated a comprehensive agile workshop series that utilized Value Design Sprints to develop quick and effective solutions to problems. These agile, results-oriented methods enable participants to quickly develop ideas that have already been tested by the end user and thus contribute to practical implementation.

The workshop series focuses on promoting entrepreneurial thinking and action by teaching employees to see company challenges as opportunities. Through interactive sessions and practice-oriented exercises, participants not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that they can integrate directly into their day-to-day work.

In addition, REINVENTIS conducted special train-the-trainer workshops within the company to ensure and expand the sustainable anchoring of the intrapreneurship approach. This trains internal multipliers who pass on the knowledge they have learned to their colleagues and promote a culture of reinvention, innovation and transformation.

With the "Intrapreneurship - Learning to think and act entrepreneurially" project, REINVENTIS is creating an environment in which employees are encouraged to think and act entrepreneurially, in addition to a tried-and-tested handbook. This not only leads to greater employee satisfaction, but also to increased innovation potential within the company.

Multi-real estate family office for wealthy private clients and business families

The "Multi-property family office for wealthy private clients and business families" project offers comprehensive services tailored specifically to the needs of wealthy clients.

REINVENTIS supports the multi-property family office in Munich in asset management and in the development of tailor-made portfolio strategies, which include modernization, value retention, marketing as well as acquisitions and sales.

Careful location and property analyses help to identify the best investment opportunities and achieve optimum returns. REINVENTIS also optimizes and markets the properties, focusing on the establishment of real estate brands, the development of targeted marketing strategies and the selection of suitable key partners for implementation.

Another important part of REINVENTIS' work is investor relations. These ensure that all asset holders are informed about their investments and properties at all times and are supported in their decision-making.

In addition, REINVENTIS develops basic ideas for innovative and cost-effective real estate projects based on the individual requirements of the users. Suitable tenant profiles are created, suitable users are researched and, if necessary, best-use, revitalization or third-party use concepts are developed in order to optimally exploit the potential of the properties under management.

Real time innovation - thinking in new patterns

The "Real Time Innovation - Thinking in New Patterns" project aims to strengthen the innovative strength and competitiveness of the members of the German Engineering Federation (VDMA) through modern innovation approaches.

The agile innovation and transformation process "Real Time Innovation" was established in collaboration with the SCE (Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship), the Steinbeis Transfer Center for Innovation and Sustainable Leadership and REINVENTIS. This process makes it possible to understand the success patterns for innovations in order to be able to (re)act spontaneously on current changes in the market environment and in the innovation process. Ideas and solutions are developed, tested and optimized in real time.

The approach is based on the conviction that innovation must be continuous rather than sporadic. By applying "Real Time Innovation", current market developments and technologies are integrated into the innovation and transformation process. This enables teams to react quickly to changes and develop solutions that meet the needs of the respective industry, customers and consumers.

The method combines interactive workshops, value design sprints, business model generation and prototype tests, among other things, which enable the participants to validate their ideas directly. This iterative process promotes creativity and collaboration.

Real Time Innovation" creates the conditions for developing future-oriented solutions that meet the challenges of the respective industry. This sustainably strengthens the power of innovation and transformation and paves the way for new, successful approaches.
